Regretting how unproductive I have been lately, today I tried to make it up.
First, I went to the gym where I worked on my chest and also did some exercises to rehabilitate both of my knees.
I then went to the hospital for my physiotherapy session.
One of the treatment machines stimulated my knee area using a shaking motion.
I felt an almost unbearable needling pain in the area and had to ask for a lower level of stimulation.
