My day today was very near to perfect. In the morning, I went to the hospital to have a manual therapy session on both of my knees. I could see some progress in the range of motion and also in reduced pain levels.
Subsequently, I headed out to the gym to do some extra rehab.
In the afternoon, I wore knee supports, and for the first time in a while, I ventured outside the borders of my usual comfort zone to join in a workshop hosted by the Korean Cooperation Admin. I was grouped with several seniors from various cooperatives and we discussed and untangled the issues that cannot be brought to the table domestically.
In the end, I was able to return home feeling supported and understood. Plus, I found a delicious steakhouse on way home and tasted its signature menu.
It is a definately hidden gem that has been unknown due to its unattractive exterior. The power of design cannot be overlooked. I wish I could advise the owner before I leave. Such a bummer.
